OUR PERSONNEL POLICY
All potential staff is carefully screened not only for their suitability for the job but for their suitability to CSS Security Services. They must share our values with a natural sense of professionalism, discipline and service, as outlined in our mission. At CSS our staff becomes part of the family.
Once recruited, staff are constantly encouraged and trained to reach for higher goals and to improve themselves.
Those from disadvantaged backgrounds are further tutored in the fundamentals of modern living.
For example they are:
• Encouraged to further their education and show how to register their children in crèches and schools.
• Introduced to a bank, given accounts and bankcards, and taught how to use them.
• Taught how to acquire and maintain homes of their own.
This is just a small sample of CSS Security services commitment. We could continue ad infinitum but the proof of our policies is in the pudding. Our labor relation’s record stands second to none.

I started CSS as a family business with a vision to empower my children and leave a legacy. Because family is very important to me I have establish a security company with one main focus: And that is to protect our love ones the best we can. Therefor we keep up to date with what is going on in the field of security worldwide.
